What You Can Expect at Somaworks

Body-oriented psychotherapy is based on the idea that body and mind are deeply connected. Our bodies store all our experiences – the pleasant ones, but also the painful ones. Sometimes, these memories are so deeply rooted that they burden us in our daily lives without us even realizing it.
At Somaworks, we’ll work together to recognize, understand, and resolve these patterns. Using a blend of talk, mindful bodywork, and targeted exercises, I’ll help you reconnect with your body and regain your inner balance.
